Have A Question

We’ve heard it a million times: “This sounds too good to be true!”. Here you’ll find answers to some commonly asked questions.

What’s the catch?

There is no catch. We literally make your monthly payment until we can find a qualified applicant to assume your lease outright.

How long will it take to transfer my car?

Impossible to say for sure. However, we only accept vehicles that have strong demand here in L.A. As a general rule of thumb, our goal for every car is to find a qualified buyer within 6-8 weeks.

How in the world do you guys make money?

We charge a down payment to the new lessee for the privilege of assuming your short-term lease.

Will my car be driven before its transferred?

Depends. We include a rental provision in the Lease Consignment Agreement that grants us the authorization to rent your vehicle if it sits for a prolonged period of time. This enables us to recoup some of our costs.

Can I drop my insurance?

Yes. Your vehicle will be covered by a full $100,000/$300,000 policy within 48 hours of its arrival here in Los Angeles.

Does this violate my lease agreement with my finance company?

Probably, but the language in lease agreements vary so we can’t say for sure. We suggest consulting with an attorney before proceeding to limit any potential exposure. We’ve found that as long as payments are paid and insurance is maintained, our clients don’t have any issues with finance companies.

Can I pay you in hugs?

Absolutely. The Baron does, in fact, accept all forms of hugs as payment.
